Norton Ice 3000 grit foam discs are to be used moist for scratch refinement following 1500 grit Dry Ice Q260 for defect removal. Norton Ice 3000 is the final sanding step before buffing with Liquid Ice. The 3000 grit disc leaves a semi-polished surface that is incredibly fast to buff out.
